Integrating Naturopathic Nutrition, Functional Medicine & Energy Healing for Root Cause Health
I help people uncover and address the underlying factors contributing to chronic symptoms and health concerns by combining evidence-based Nutritional Therapy, Functional Medicine and Energy Healing.
By working across all three layers, we can often identify patterns that may otherwise remain hidden and create a more personalised path towards health.
Our physical health is influenced by nutrition, hormones, digestion and metabolism, but also by stress, emotional wellbeing, relationships, environment and life experiences. What may appear as a single symptom often forms part of a much larger picture.
My practice brings together Naturopathic Nutrition, Functional Medicine and Energy Healing because I have found that lasting improvements in health often require us to look across all of these areas rather than focusing on symptoms alone.
While these therapies can be experienced independently, many clients find that combining them provides a deeper understanding of the factors influencing their health and wellbeing.
Alongside my interest in physical health, I've always been fascinated by the emotional, psychological and energetic aspects of healing.
In 2008 I began practitioner-level training in Energy Healing and Intuitive Studies at The School of Insight and Intuition in Richmond, London, completing a three-year professional programme.
My studies later took me to Nepal where I explored Buddhist meditation traditions and undertook intensive Vipassana retreats. In 2018 I was initiated into the Shamanic healing tradition while training in the Amazon rainforest of Peru and later continued my studies in Mexico and London.
These experiences deepened my understanding of the relationship between mind, body, emotions and wellbeing, and continue to inform my work today.
Why I Work This Way
My Healing Journey
My interest in health began through my own health struggles.
As a child and teenager I experienced persistent digestive issues, recurrent infections, fatigue and debilitating menstrual symptoms. At seventeen I was admitted to hospital with severe abdominal pain, yet despite numerous investigations no clear explanation could be found.
I was eventually told that I would likely receive a diagnosis of IBS, but no meaningful explanation for why my symptoms were occurring or how to resolve them.
Determined to understand what was happening, I began exploring nutrition and natural approaches to health. Over the following years I worked with a range of practitioners, studied extensively and gradually transformed my own health.
It was this journey that ultimately inspired me to train professionally as a Nutritional Therapist.
Through improving digestion, balancing hormones and addressing the wider factors affecting my health, I was able to achieve levels of wellbeing I had never previously experienced.
Today, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to the clients I work with.
My Health Journey
Many people searching for Energy Healing are familiar with Reiki. While Spiritual Healing shares some similar principles, it is a distinct healing modality with its own traditions, methods and training pathways.
My Energy Medicine work draws upon nearly two decades of study and practice in Spiritual Healing, meditation and Shamanic traditions.
Sessions may incorporate Spiritual Healing, intuitive assessment, chakra and auric assessment, Shamanic techniques, Crystal Healing and Reflexology according to the needs of the individual.
The aim is to support balance across the physical, emotional and energetic aspects of wellbeing.
