Any issues I pick up on I will send healing to. Receiving healing is a relaxing experience, however the effect of this can be profound. Each individual feels the effects of healing differently, some examples are:

ENERGY MEDICINE
& BODY SCAN

A full body-scan is undertaken in these sessions by reading the chakra system. This is recommended as an initial session or as a check-in after a set of Hands-on Healing sessions to keep track of progress and update any guidance.
The notes taken and feedback given in these sessions can be invaluable in gaining a deeper understanding of what's going on in your subtle subconscious body-mind, and how this could be impacting your physical, mental and emotional health. We'll discuss individual guidance on how you can better support yourself and you'll receive a copy of the body-scan for you to take home.
Spiritual healing is received seated and the treatment is mainly hands-off. This is a very gentle and non-invasive treatment particularly suited to the elderly or frail. Notes taken throughout will be discussed after the healing.
HANDS-ON HEALING
In-person

Hands-on Healing is a deeply relaxing and profound form of healing. Gentle healing touch is received on a massage bed, (fully-clothed) with a cloth or blanket covering. Sessions are always unique to the individual and their needs.
Sessions can include Crystal healing, intuitive Reflexology and Shamanic healing techniques including rattle/drum/sacred cleansing scents. Any psychic messages or guidance will be passed on, but notes are not taken during this treatment, so more time is dedicated to focusing on deep healing.

These sessions can be as part of a treatment plan of weekly or fortnightly healings, or for when you have an acute rather than chronic health concern. For more complex/deeper or longer standing health issues an extended healing session is recommended. ​
EXTENDED SESSION
SHAMANIC / HANDS-ON

Extended sessions are recommended for those who have deeper work to do, would like more time to discuss before and or after their session, or would just love a bit more time to deeply rest. A double session allows for deeper energy work, emotional processing and intergration
Sessions can include Crystal healing, intuitive Reflexology and Shamanic healing techniques including rattle/drum/sacred cleansing scents and guided astral journeying if appropriate (in double sessions only). Any psychic messages or guidance will be passed on, but notes are not taken during this treatment, so more time is dedicated to focusing on deep healing.
REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE
In-person

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing foot massage. There will be a brief consultation before, and time for feedback after the massage.
Areas of the feet are massaged in connection to the organs and systems in the body through the associated "reflex points" on the foot and lower leg. The aim of the treatment is to restore homeostatic balance throughout the body and mind, but targeted treatment areas for specific health issues can also be focused on. The reflex points can provide feedback on how the body systems are functioning and what may need support. As well as physical health, emotional and mental health can also be "read" from the feet and any guidance on how you can better support yourself will be discussed either during or after the treatment session. ​

These sessions can be particularly helpful in-conjunction with a Naturopathic Nutritional therapy protocol.
1:1 TRAINING & MENTORING IN ENERGY MEDICINE
Online or in-person
Set of three x 50min : £210
A set of three one to one mentoring and training sessions. Sessions can be in-person or online. Mentoring can include connecting with your spirit guides, guardian angel or higher-self. Sessions will be created on an individual basis and a variety of curriculum can be covered including increased perception of subtle intuitive senses, psychic protection, energy healing, guided meditation and intuitive practices such as manifestation, cord cutting, grounding techniques etc. These sessions can act as an introduction to divination tools and answer questions on spiritual philosophy, shamanic practices or advanced healing and psychic work that group classes may not have the capacity to cover.
​This is suitable for complete beginners, intermediates already with some training in areas such as Reiki, divination or meditation, or professional therapists wishing to expand their knowledge and skills.
DISTANT HEALING /
PRAYER & BLESSING

For times when you just need a top-up or some support. These sessions are less in-depth than in-person or online sessions. These can be helpful for children and loved ones that you would like to support, but for whatever reason they are not keen to come for an in-person session. Likewise for the frail, ill or elderly and anyone for whom it's not practical to attend in-person or online.
A short email will be sent afterwards with any notes or guidance from the session.
HOUSE CLEARING / BLESSING

A House Clearing or Blessing is helpful when moving into a new home and you wish to "re-set" the energetics, ensuring there are no lingering undesirable energetics, and gaining insight on how to get the best out of your new home.
I can include recommendations for room function, furniture placement and colour advice (similar with Feng shui), as well as energy hygiene recommendations to manage any challenging areas of your home, to help support you and your loved ones.
House Clearing or Blessing can also be helpful if there have been challenging events or "goings-on" in your home. Have there been repeated unexplainable issues? Have there been any disturbances, or is there anything that has caused you or your loved ones to feel unsettled or frightened? Have family members had unexplained sleep issues? Can you not figure out your room layout?
Would you like your garden to feel more alive - learn how to create a better relationship with the nature spirits (or fairies) of your garden.

Young children's energy is more fluid than adults and shifts can occur more quickly. There is also less history to work through so cases are often simpler. Energy Healing is a very gentle therapy for children that does not require shy children to talk.
Receiving healing is a calming experience and even young children can usually tolerate sitting still comfortably for longer than normal.
Similar to the adults initial consultation, but this will just last an hour. This is a seated mainly hands-off treatment, and treatment notes are emailed after the session.
UNDER 7's
FOLLOW-ON HEALING
Online or in-person
Up to 60min : £70 (0-7years old)
Young children's energy is more fluid than adults and shifts can occur more quickly. There is also less history to work through so cases are often simpler. Energy Healing is a very gentle therapy for children that does not require shy children to talk.

Seated or gentle hands-on healing can be selected on the day depending on what the child and parent feel most comfortable with. If more convenient this can also be organised over Zoom, with minimal participation needed from the child. For example, online they could be sat colouring, or reading etc.

Receiving healing is a calming experience and even young children can usually tolerate sitting still comfortably for longer than normal.

Similar to the adult consultation, but this runs just up to an hour or as needed (sometimes healing are completed in less time).
